1.Both the inner and outer tracks are formed by CNC grinding machine,thus the rings are with smooth surface,same edges and high precision.Both the flatness and the parallelism are better than those normal PG rings.
2.With advanced heat treatment processes,the Vickers hardness reaches UHV830-850.Chrome coating and polishing makes a shorter running-in period.
3.High quality GCr15(100Cr6)bearing steel with strong wear resistance is good at anti fatigue.
4.Suitable for most types of fibers,and makes yarn less hair,less breakages,higher quality and higher spinning efficiency.
5.Suitable for the spinning of compact yarns and the spinning of medium and high counts’yarns.
